The essential step in our journey is to learn how to bring about silence in ourselves. In order to do this, using primarily Krishnamurti's work, we are going to study the nature of the mind and discuss issues concerning thought, desire and attachment. We are also going to study works of the Tao Te Ching, the Bhagavad Gita, Rumi and light on the path to gain understanding of the nature of unity, love and oneness.
